TELMAVAC CM 50 TABLET is a combination of Cilnidipine, Metoprolol and Telmisartan which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihypertensive agents. It is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It can also be used to reduce the risk of heart attack (myocardial infarction), stroke, chest pain (angina) or uneven heartbeat (arrhythmia).
